Meet Shea, a gorgeous 1-year-old Belgian Malinois mix who is available for adoption at CCHS. Shea originally arrived to our shelter as a stray from our local animal control facility earlier this year. She was adopted out, however, it was discovered that she would do best as the only pet in the home, and is now seeking a family to call all her own! True to her breed, Shea is smart as a whip and bursting with energy. She can solve just about any treat puzzle in a matter of minutes. Her ideal adopter will have experience with the breed and be moderately active, ready to bring Shea along for life's adventures! Because of her activity levels and tendency to jump and herd, Shea would do best in a home with no children under 15. This fun girl is going to bring a lifetime of entertainment to her future owners! Shea is a STAFF FAVORITE pet! Here's what adoption staff member, Becca has to say about her:Shea is the BESTEST girl! She might be big, but don't let her size fool you-she's a total sweetheart! It's true that she would do best as the only pet in the home, but she has more than enough love to share! One of her favorite things to do is to give people hugs and kisses.
