Scarlett was rescued when she was approximately 1 years old. She is now 7.. we think. She is a certified emotional support dog complete with laminated certificate, 2 ID tags, and a vest with her name embroidered. We did this so I could take her into the nursing home to visit my dad… which was the best thing ever! She is docile, great with kids and adults, but will drop everything to chase you if you are a squirrel, rabbit, cat, or bird. She loves water, going for rides and playing with her squeaky ball. She does not like gun shots, fireworks or thunder… shakes she is so scared. She is not very dog friendly until she gets to know them (we had 2 other dogs). My lease does not allow pets & I have no other options for keeping her. She is a great companion dog… walks wonderfully on a leash, does not jump on you & is happy laying at your feet. Loves belly scratches & also on her ears & muzzle.. especially when she is ready to sleep. Just an all around great dog!
