It doesn’t take much to make a lonely senior smile. Just ask Sadie. A few minutes out of her kennel & life’s looking a little rosier. At 13yrs of age, SADIE was left at the shelter by her elderly owner who could no longer care for her. It’s hard for Sadie to understand what has happened. She wants to go home, but that home doesn’t exist anymore. Today, she thought I was taking her with me in my car. That’s the reason for her big smile. But I wasn’t taking her with me. We walked to my car in order to find the perfect necklace for her to wear for a picture. She smiled & looked so happy as I opened the door. She was certain she was leaving. She broke my heart. SADIE’s a good dog. She’s not any trouble. She’s Quiet & doesn’t take up much space. She likes to nap. She likes company.Available to Foster or Adopt. ??Dogs-yes (calm dogs)Cats-unknown 13yrs old abt 85lbs (could lose some weight)
