Join us in welcoming Powder Puff to the fold. She is our first intake for 2024 but she will not be available for adoption until she is rehabbed. Her owner was desperate for help after her new puppy kept exhibiting extreme behaviors. She called upon us, today, because of the name of our rescue. After meeting her, we are very relieved that her mom found us... and so happy that she understood what this damaged little spirit needs. We specialize in rehabilitation. We make no excuses about taking our time to find the right homes and the safest settings because these animals depend on us to responsibly rehome them. We are a grass-roots animal rescue and many of our fosters are very committed. We take the liberty of time and patience... the results speak for themselves. Local adoption or surrounding areas as this pup is very skiddish and will require the approved adopter to start visiting her in the foster home to become familiar with them. Powder Puff will require a fenced in back yard as she will not walk on a leash yet. We have no expectations of Powder Puff. We want her to just settle and find a space that she can feel safe and start to heal. She is a puppy and she is very afraid, right now. She needs lots of love and light sent her way and we know all of you can do a really good job of love bombing our rescued babies!! We will read your well wishes and prayers, comments and insights to her and we know she will feel all the love!! Welcome Powder Puff.
